"Gratitude is the most passionate transformative force in the
cosmos. If you give thanks for five gifts every day, in two
months you may not look at your life in the same way as you might
now." -- Sarah Ban Breathnach

"When you thank God in advance for that which you choose to
experience in your reality, you, in effect, acknowledge that it
is there - in effect. Thankfulness is thus the most powerful
statement to God; an affirmation that even before you ask, I have
answered. Therefore never supplicate, Appreciate."

Predictable Miracles Experiment
Giving Thanks
One of the most powerful things we can do to raise our vibration
is to...appreciate!
We celebrate "Thanksgiving" in the United States and we at LFI
have taken it a step further by incorporating giving thanks into
our whole month for this experiment. Abraham-Hicks' Book Of
Positive Aspects exercise is a powerful way to amp up your
appreciation quickly and it feels so good! As you follow our suggestions
for this month (either the starter or the bonus versions) you will
notice slight shifts in your interactions with others and possibly
with your circumstances. By appreciating what you have in your
life, you will find that your point of attraction improves and
you will enjoy each subject you write about even more. It takes
a minimum of 15 minutes each day (this is plenty) to considerably
raise your vibration. Try it out! And don't forget to take the
pre and post surveys (you will receive a link when you sign up
- each takes about 3 minutes).
This Month's Experiment:
|
Starter 1. Book of Positive Aspects (process
from Abraham-Hicks, Ask And It Is Given) : Put aside
15 minutes every day to do this.
Buy a notebook that feels
good to you. Write "My
Book of Positive Aspects" on the cover. At the
top of the first page write a header subject of something
that is easy for you to feel good about. It could be your
dog, your lover, or your favorite place to take a walk.
Now ask yourself these questions: "What do I like about
this subject? Why do I love it so much? What are the positive
aspects?" Then
write down everything that comes to mind that you love
about this particular subject. Don't push it...just write
until you feel ready to move on.
Then turn to the next page in your notebook and do the same
thing again and again until your fifteen minutes are up.
As you get better and better at finding positive aspects,
you can even find them for subjects that are challenging
to you. This is very helpful as well!
|
Bonus 1. Same as Starter 1 above, plus
add in 3 to 5 minute intervals of appreciation four times
during your day. You can either write down more things you
appreciate or just list them to yourself wherever you are.
