Congratulations!
This is the Healing Codes Stress Reliever exercise. You can hold each
position for 20 seconds, total one minute and do it every hour
or you can hold each position for 30 seconds and rotate through 3 times
(4 1/2 minutes) and do it 2 or 3 times a day.
Before you start, decide on which stressful issue you want to address.
You might want to write it down.
Ask yourself what emotions you are feeling about this stress. What thoughts
are you having?
Rate your emotions on a 0 (none) to 10 (absolute worst) scale. Write
the number down.
Do the exercise.
What are you feeling and thinking now? What number would you rate it?
