Physical Training Sessions with Lorrie

Connecting with your body is an important piece of living your fully connected life. Lorrie will guide you through a short warm up the first day (recorded and you will use it each day thereafter), short Interval Training workout (10-20 minutes), and a cool down the first day (also recorded and you will use it each day thereafter).  Interval Training is the most powerful way to get strong and in shape quickly and "easily."  Well, okay, it might not always be easy, but it is fun!  Get ready to feel what your body is capable of.  You're gonna be sore and you're gonna love it!

For your Physical Training Sessions, the minimum we offer is 7 Consecutive Sessions. This is because you need to be MOVING every single day of the week! Two days of the week will be “active rest” days, which are more about stretching. 15-20 minutes of work and 10-20 minutes of stretching each day…you can do this! If you miss a day here or there, big deal.
