When I was in my 20's I had a mysterious illness called “Myalgic Encephalomyelitis” or “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” along with Fibromyalgia. There’s no cure and most doctors and scientists don’t really understand why it happens and a lot of times WHAT is happening in the body. The symptoms were absolutely debilitating and kept me housebound and bedbound for a good portion of eight years. There were days when I wasn’t even able to feed myself.

This may sound familiar to many of you who had Covid and now have Long Covid. Maybe you used to run marathons and now can’t walk 15 minutes without “paying for it.” Maybe you’re a busy mom and now get tired just from playing with your kids for a few minutes.
